This restaurant absolutely lives up to the hype! The quality of the ingredients here is superb. Right off the bat, thoughtful touches like a pitcher of water infused with fresh mint and a light, crisp ginger tea set the tone. For appetizers, the salt-baked shrimp were extraordinary—plump, bursting with flavor, and so good I easily could’ve eaten a second order. I’d come back just for those. The main dishes didn't disappoint, either. The pho broth truly lives up to its reputation with an amazingly deep, rich flavor, and the lemongrass fish was fantastic with a perfect, crunchy texture. I was way too full for dessert, though the menu was tempting! With excellent service and a great ambiance to top it off, don't think twice—just go eat here.

Super special ORGANIC vegan food. A family run business, women owned. Hard to park, we parked in lot on Grand around the block. We ordered the croquettes, (with a great crisp outside and unique flavored potato and veggie filling). and the Kale Sea Salad (a perfect marriage of seaweed salad and kale salad, with an amazing dressing and besutiful kimchi that was quite memorable). We then got Mapo Tofu, (with schezuan oil, that made your mouth tingle). The shitake mushrooms in here were plump and juicy with a great deal of flavor and the tofu was smooth and silky. The last dish was the rose ravioli, with a creamy cheese sauce reminiscent of Staff of Life Pizza's cheese from the 80s in Santa Cruz. We were both slobbering that up with the strips of garlic bread, what a touch of excellence. The ravioli were fresh and filled to the brim with a cannelli bean mixture. The result is an incredibly unique dish that is crave worthy. Yummy food with a bunch of items that are "living" food (like the sea salad). Very very interesting concept of high ends Vietnamese Cuisine. Foods are big portions and really goos tastes.. Surprisingly the amount can feed 2 person. Environment ambience is so high class. Can try if ur in DYLAN(downtown) don't miss this 😋

I've been coming here for 11 years and its also my daughter's favorite vegan restaurant. Today we got the Mai Banh Mi, BBQ pork rolls, and Veggie Pho. The veggie Pho is the best Pho ever! My personal favorite will always be the Octopus mushroom plate with wild rice. The portions are large and pricing is very reasonable, other places would easily charge 80-90$ for these 3 dishes. Staff is friendly and amazing. Very healthy/authentic.

Fantastic vegan restaurant with bold flavors and creative dishes that even non-vegans will love!
